One of the biggest questions we get while on the job site is
"How do I keep it from coming back?" Take these 3 steps to continue making you property look the way you want it. 1. If saplings have already started popping up, pull the tree from the ground. It's going to be small enough to have a shallow root system. To make sure you got all the roots, follow the roots to the outer edges and dig down with a shovel so you do not leave any of the roots behind. 2. Adding at least a 2 inch layer of mulch will block sunlight from reaching the soil and help prevent saplings from emerging from seeds. 3. On a larger tree, use an herbicide and follow directions and the package instructions immediately after cutting the tree to kill the stump.
